Charlie Feller

With a proven track record in leadership, team building, and performance excellence, Charlie Feller brings a championship mindset to every client relationship. Prior to transitioning into real estate, Charlie served in high-level leadership roles in education and athletics, including Athletic Director and Head Football Coach. He most recently held the role of Run Game Coordinator at nationally ranked Duncanville High School.

Charlie's ability to lead successful teams is rooted in a deep understanding of strategy, communication, and results-driven execution. During his time as Offensive Coordinator at Port Neches-Groves High School, he helped guide the team to a 2023 State Championship title after a runner-up finish the previous year. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in Mineola High School’s 2016 State Championship win.

One of his proudest accomplishments was leading a major turnaround at North Cedar in Iowa, taking a winless football program to the playoffs in just one season and setting offensive records the next.

Now in real estate, Charlie brings that same drive, discipline, and strategic thinking to serve clients with empathy and excellence—especially those facing difficult or high-stress situations. Nate Wieland is a former professional football player turned real estate investor, driven by a passion for helping others win—on and off the field.​

Sports, family, and community have always played a big part in shaping the person Nate has become. He started playing football at a young age and quickly fell in love with the game. ​This passion carried him to the University of Iowa, where he had the opportunity to play at a high level and learn from some of the best in the game.

After his time there, he continued his football journey at Grand View University, where he grew both on and off the field. Through every challenge and triumph, football has taught him resilience, teamwork, and discipline-values he carries with him every day.

Today, Nate's focus is on guiding homeowners through the process of selling their homes with ease, while also helping investors and families build wealth through real estate.
